In the event of termination for cause, juan3 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
You may close your juan3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending security reviews.
